Founder and CEO of VJR Enterprises, a talent management consulting company dedicated to elevating, enriching, and empowering people to become the best versions of themselves. Passionate about diversity in the workforce and motivating people, she has spent much of her career using her skills to elevate specifically women and people of color in their career aspirations. In a world where women and minority groups are often told they “can’t,” Victoria Jenn has worked to shift that mentality among her clients. As a career strategist and brand consultant for over 15 years, she has inspired people to turn their “I can’t” and “I’m too scared” to “I can and I will.”

Every year the Annual Women Roar Summit attracts women from around the country for a two-day experience that ignites the minds and souls of female powerhouses. The Female Collaborative has a global network of 2K+ comprised of progressive women looking to connect, learn, and help each other accelerate their personal and professional potential; and is revolutionizing the way women work and do business together. They believe power is in collaboration, not isolation, and encourage women to take off their masks and be themselves to win and connect. The collaborative was recently recognized by Forbes as "The New Women's Network to Watch", will be hosting the upcoming Women Who Roar event. on March 6th, 2020.
